Hello Srikanth, I'm regular reader & promoter of ReLakhs, I had initiated my MF SIP thru your blogs - Thanks alot for your valuable suggestions. Apart from my SIP's, I would be getting my variable pay in this month end & would like to invest that lumpsum into MF, could you please suggest MF to proceed with. Also, please let me know about - STP (Systematic transfer plan). Thank you, Srikanth (we have common name)

Hi,

As I’m considering tenure of 2-4yrs, have listed below MIP’s, plz advise:

50K in each fund:
HDFC Equity saving Fund – Direct Plan (G)
BOI AXA Regular Return -Direct (G)
Birla Sunlife MIP II Wealth 25 Plan

Kindly let me know if anything apart from MIP suits my needs?

Thank you,

Dear Srikanth, Thank you for being a loyal reader of my blog! May I know the names of MF schemes that you have already invested in? And your investment time-frame for these.   HDFC Equity saving Fund – Direct Plan (G) & Birla Sunlife MIP II Wealth 25 Plan for a time-frame of around 4 years.

Dear Srikanth, Investing in too many fund from same fund category may not be that beneficial. However, if you would like to consider some more MIPs, then kindly refer to the above suggested article. You may consider a conservative MIP like SBI MIP Floater as well.
