I am a existing customer of Karvy NPS since Apr 17. I have opened this account through Online Aadhar authentication. They told me that if I open this account through Aadhar then no account opening charges will be applicable upon me. But in 1st quarter they charge me 39.36 for account opening charge.
Another question is that they told me if switched active to auto mode, it's annually two times free. But they charged.
I have grievance but they not satisfied me. Sir please say this charges right or wrong???

I believe that CRAs (Central Record Keeping Agencies) can charge as per the applicable limits.

Earlier an NPS subscriber can change the investment scheme preference only once in a year, now he/she can change twice in a year.
However, the CRA providers can charge for this transaction at standard rates approved by the PFRDA.
