Dear Sir,
I would like to know the following -
- A person has worked in a private company for 5 or more years and according to rules there is no tax on gratuity, this correct.
- If the same person joins another company and again he works for 5 or more years and then if he leaves the company, weather the tax will be deducted on gratuity or not, kindly let me know.
