Diversification within the same group and different AMC, will it help (say there are 3 top funds within the same group of Large cap, rather than investing 30K in one of the funds with one AMC, shall i do 10K in top 3 funds with different AMC) this may cause portfolio overlap, but might atleast get average of the top 3 performers.
Please share your thought on this.

May I know, why would you like to invest in funds within same fund category? (3 Large Cap Funds). Is n't it wise to invest in 3 funds across fund categories and across AMCs based on your investment horizon ??
I prefer funds with proved track record in terms of CONSISTENCY and may be over a period of say > 10 years..
