Hi, Your follow-on query by email (as below): Hello Sir... yes I have my Aadhar and UAN. But my previous pf account was not synced with my UAN.
Thank you.
And
As per your suggestions in previous cases,
I have sent CCF Non aadhar claim form for PF Final settlement along with Aadhar and PAN attested by gazetted officer, Former 15G, cancelled cheque, request letter to pf commissioner.
Is it is OK Sir...How many days it will took to settle my pf withdrawal.
I am requesting your kind suggestions
Thanking you Sir....   My Suggestions : Do you mean to say that your previous EPF a/c is linked to a different UAN? Or Was it not at all linked to any UAN? Generally offline claims are settled within 10 to 30 days. You can submit a grievance request to them via this link, in case of any delay.

Thank you… My previous pf account not at all linked to any UAN.
Please help me check my claim status ( ccf non aadhar offline claim) without uan.

Hi, Are you currently employed and contributing to EPF Scheme? If not employed, when was the last contribution made to this account? Coz, accounts prior to 2014, do not require UAN (as per EPFO circular).
indianprashanth replied 4 years ago

Hello Sir. I am unemployed. Not contributing to pf. Last contribution for my previous pf account was in December 2012. Thank you.

Hello Sir. As per your suggestion I have approached epfigms to know my claim status. They gave me reply that “Proposed Final Decision :
Claim received on 02/09/2020.It is under process and it will be settled shortly.
Sir. I have sent my claim on 19th August. It was received by them on 2/9/20. Is it is OK that they said my claim is under process.

Sir Good morning. I get replied by epfigms today for my pf claim as below. Closure Remarks Sir, your claim form rejected on 09/09/2020 due to authorised officers signature is not tallying with our records. Hence it is advised to submit the claim form along with correct authorised officers signature. I have sent my claim form along with attestation of Gazetted officer (MPDO). What may be the reason for my problem. Thank you.
Sreekanth Staff answered 4 years ago
Hi, Looks like they have not accepted the gazette signature. What is the main reason for not submitting the claim online?
indianprashanth replied 4 years ago

Sir. My previous pf account not synced to my UAN. and as per your suggestions, I have sent CCF NON AADHAR Claim.
Can I get attestation by gazetted officer again and send it.
I cannot understand What’s the problem with the gazetted officer signature not tallying.
Please suggest me what should I do now.
Thank you.

Hi..I believe an EPF member can link (seed) an EPF account to the activated UAN..kindly check in UAN portal…

indianprashanth replied 4 years ago

Yes Sir. I have tried to do so. But problem is my previous account details are not transferring to my UAN. Because my DOB and father’s name details not matching. My employer is not Co operating so I go with CCF NON AADHAR CLAIM for claim.
Sir what should I do.
Thank you.

Sreekanth Staff replied 4 years ago

Hi..I believe you yourself can update the DoB. Also, you may escalate the issue with the EPFO about your employer’s non-operation..

indianprashanth replied 4 years ago

Hello Sir…. This is the reply from epfigms. You transfer applications were rejected due to FATHER NAME & DOB DIFFERS WITH PREVIOUS TO PRESENT SERVICE, SUBMIT JOINT DECLARATION FOR CORRECTION., as such you are advised to submit the physical form-13 alongwith a joint declaration duly enclosing SSC memo, aadhar through your employer .

What should I do now. Please solve this and explain me in detail. Thank you.

Sreekanth Staff answered 4 years ago
Hi, In which EPF account are your personal details correct? Old EPF or new EPF?? They are suggesting you to submit a 'joint declaration' form to update your details with correct data. You can go through this article about this @ EPF UAN Name Correction online | How to update your Personal details in UAN? |New procedure
indianprashanth replied 4 years ago

Old Pf account details are different….
My present pf account details are merged with UAN and OK.
How to update my previous pf details or correct them. Can we have to take the employer help.

indianprashanth replied 4 years ago

Sir thank you very much….you are helping a lot to know the Govt. Systems. Because I think it is not so easy with pf related or any financial services problems are solved without guidance…

Sreekanth Staff answered 4 years ago
Hi, On Joint declaration form, you need to take employer's signature. Just, check with your current employer whether they can sign it.  (If its not possible) Else, you may have to get it signed by your ex-employer only.
