Good article. Thanks for adding such information.
sir my mujeeb from Chikkaballapur I have married and I have one girl baby I’m working in auto distributor spares parts in bengaluru last four years so I thinking start own business like chicken stall, condiments or other because I’m getting 13000rs per month I can’t satisfy with this salary please can I get loan for start business
Hi everyone one, I read some comments about BBMP/BDA Katha transfer. Only way to transfer Katha is bribe. As per my experience.
I purchased a property in Bangalore which have approved by BBMP in 2009 and have A Katha certificate. Govt says with out Bribe you can get Katha certificate thought sakala. I applied in sakala for Katha transfer and I received msg saying your documents are verified and I am waiting for bbmp msg to pay 2% charged for process. I received call from BBMP officer and said he want to visit property. I went to BBMP office and ask him to come for visit, he just came out of office and asked sir give 15k I will process your Katha other wise I write comment that property don’t have OC, so it is not possible to transfer Katha. I told him property have katha already and applied for name change. He said not paid demanded money, I will write OC not available, not possible to transfer. OC not there, Katha is not possible to transfer.
I questioned him, if not there then how previous owner received Katha from bbmp? He said they paid money, we issued Katha.
This is my experience, i am a lawyers still I paid 10000 finally to get Katha. I can fight but no-use, waste of time, money and lose peace of mind.
System was built like that, for giving Katha plan approval and OC required, then why BBMP allow to construct building with voilation.
As per my study it’s big correpted system. Their intention is to allow people to raise illegal constructions, builder will give bribe to ignore voilation, after selling purchaser will come and give again bribe to give Katha, when ever it sold some of BBMP officer will get bribe. Getting Katha without bribe is fake new, I tried not happen in my case.
my flat is bbmp approved and have A katha. OC was not a mandatory document by the time of building completion 2009. OC introduced in recent years, for getting bribe he raised point and made money.
So please don’t miss guide by some one, with money you can get Katha certificate.
We cannot change this people and system.
I am sorry to give this suggtion bit it’s true.
Hi Sreekanth,
I think the provision of getting card with non-registered Mobile number is not a good thing.
Now a days most of the people are providing Adhaar number for different services and if anyone having such data can easily misuse it.
Dear Girish,
Agree with your view.
Yes, anyone with access to Aadhaar number can view details like Date of Birth and Address.
(But note that the Card will be delivered at the address mentioned in the aadhaar card.)
